Our friend the late Bernard Venables suggested to Colin that he might like to make some of these floats and he lent him one that Reg Righyni had given him to copy.
The two yellow topped floats are mint near-mint. The red topped float has two chips out of the paint at the base of its body.
All three floats have wire stems with wire loops and balsa bodies. They load with 3AAA.
They are inscribed C. Whitehouse, Maker, 1995 in black Indian ink.
The best ever float for Grayling trotting.
