Andrew Davis hand built this superb Craftversa for Chris Yates.
In May 2012, Andrew wrote to me asking if I had the dimensions of the famous Milwards Craftversa (twenty years before, with the encouragement and cooperation of my friend Bernard Venables, I’d made a few Craftversas).
I couldn’t find my notes for Bernard’s Craftversa so I couldn’t help Andrew but he clearly found what he was looking for. He makes Craftversas to this day and they are very faithful to the Milwards originals.
The rod is in unused condition and comes with a very nice letter of provenance from Chris Yates on Golden Scale Club headed paper.
